Composition
Gou Qi Zi nourishes kidney yin and liver blood, supports the essence, and clears the eyes. Ju Hua extinguishes wind and clears heat, clarifies the liver, and clears the eyes. Shu Di nourishes kidney yin, supports the essence, and replenishes the marrow. Shan Zhu Yu helps warm and nourish the kidneys and strengthen the liver. Shan Yao nourishes the kidneys and tonifies the spleen. Ze Xie and Fu Ling help drain any exacerbated kidney fire by directing it to the anterior yin (urinary tract).
