Return and Refund
1. The consumer may exercise the right of cancellation without being required to pay any compensation, within 7 days from the day they received the delivery.
To exercise this right, the user must communicate via email (info@qihai.pt) and mention that they wish to return the purchased products, along with the order number and personal details, within the period mentioned above.
The consumer must return the items to Qihai, Lda. within 7 days from the date of communication of the cancellation, in the proper condition for use.
The packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered, and accompanied by all received documentation, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The packaging and the indicated documents should be sent to the following address:

If the user opts for other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.
2. After receiving the return at Qihai, Lda., the user will be refunded the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice amount, minus shipping and handling fees). If a promotional discount code was used, this amount will not be refunded. That is, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid for the goods or services.
3. The refund method depends on the payment method used for the respective order. In the case of payments made by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, if an NIB (bank account number) is provided, the refund will be made to the indicated bank account. The refund will be processed within 5 days after receiving the cancellation request and the return of the item.
4. If any component of the sold item is missing, or if any of them are not in excellent condition, no refund will be issued. The product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.
