Shipping policy

When placing your order, you can choose between two shipping methods. Your order can be sent to a pick-up point or directly to the chosen address.
At the time of purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date of your order.

Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your address, the time of purchase, and the availability of the ordered products.

Shipments are made within a maximum of 5 business days after the order is placed.
The usual delivery time for domestic orders is 24 hours after dispatch. For the islands and international shipments, it is 2-3 business days.
During festive periods and/or public holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.
