With a degree in Nutritional Sciences and specialization in Metabolic Diseases and Eating Behavior from the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon, she began her clinical practice focused on the area of weight loss and chronic non-communicable diseases. However, since 2015 she has been working in her chosen field, maternal and child nutrition, and more recently, in 2019, she began her journey in nutrition and fertility.
In her consultations, she has a single goal: to help! To do this, she listens with all her heart, pays attention to details and, above all, personalizes her approach, adapting strategies to each person who seeks her advice. In addition, she provides consultancy for various projects and organizes training sessions and workshops.
He joined Qihai because he believes that working with an excellent multidisciplinary team is one of the best ways to achieve lasting and consistent results.
With a degree in Chinese Medicine and clinical specialties in Biocosmetics and Scientific Aromatherapy, she developed her first registered brand Essence Prime Care® in 2015 - an initiative that involves health and homeostasis, in a context of complete relaxation and serenity. After training at Yo San University in Los Angeles, she embarked on an adventure with Disney Cruise Line and reached 6th place in the world ranking of acupuncturists in 2017. She took her first steps as a teacher at an educational institution, teaching the subjects of Phytotherapy and Chinese Dietetics, and currently dedicates herself as a guest trainer as well as creating her own courses and training to embrace this universe that she is so passionate about. In 2021, she founded Qihai® with the aim of promoting the path of well-being to become the best version of ourselves, through the wisdom that Nature gifts us and showing that beauty lies in the imperfections that distinguish us.
A beauty technician specializing in dermocosmetics and medical cosmetics for over 13 years, Adriana develops her therapeutic rituals in a unique way, through a symbiosis of harmony and well-being that shines through from the inside out. What captivates her most in this area is the constant challenge of showing results as well as the discovery of new solutions aligned with her holistic vision. She enjoys taking care of her patients with all the time and rigor they deserve, combining technique with intuition, personalizing every detail and cultivating the patient's self-esteem with the dedication and detail they deserve.
